Nassor Khamis Mohammed
FOUNDER AND LEAD PARTNER
He holds an LLB from the University of Khartoum in Sudan and an LLM in Comparative studies from SOAS, University of London, He led the Zanzibar and East Africa Law Societies. .He worked as a State Attorney and Senior Magistrate. He practices litigation, corporate law, Sharia law, and international business. He speaks Arabic, English and Kiswahili.
Mufida Seif Salum
MUFIDA SEIF SALUM, is an associate of the firm. She holds a BA. LLB from JSS Law College affiliated with Karnataka State Law University (KSLU) in India and masters in MA. International Relations from Gujarat University in Ahmadabad India. She is an Advocate of the High Court of Zanzibar. She joined the firm in 2020. She has a vast experience in litigation, corporate, contracts, investment and conveyancing.
Suleiman Salim Abdulla
He is the firm’s Associate and Head of Litigation. He holds an LLB in Law and Shariah and an LLM in Comparative Laws from Zanzibar University. Mr. Suleiman has strong experience in litigation, corporate work, and Islamic Shariah. He first joined the firm in 2001 as an office manager and became an associate after completing his legal studies.
Faisal Al-Miskry
Faisal is a civil lawyer with over ten years of experience in East Africa and the Gulf. He advises on corporate matters, contracts, litigation, and compliance. He is also an expert in Islamic Civil and Financial Law. Faisal speaks Arabic, English, and Kiswahili, and is known for clear, trusted legal guidance.
Adam Salim Abdullah

He holds an LLB from Dar es Salaam and an LLM from Zanzibar University. He started as a Magistrate and joined private practice in 1996. He also teaches law at Zanzibar University. He specializes in litigation, corporate and labor law, and speaks Kiswahili, English, and Portuguese.
Mustafa Nassor Khamis
He is an associate of the firm and an LLB graduate from the University of Dodoma. He joined the firm in 2019 and is an Advocate of the High Courts of Zanzibar and Tanzania. He has experience in intellectual property and conveyancing, and is currently pursuing an LLM in Sports Law at ISDE in Madrid, Spain.He had been a council member of the Zanzibar Law Society for the year 2023/2024.
